BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Dubldom is a modular frame house design company that was developed and created
by Russian architect Ivan Ovchinnikov in 2013. Their models are currently
available only in Europe but are looking for American manufacturers. 

NUMBER OF MODELS AVAILABLE

Dubldom has only two models available:

* Kashtan 77 is 828 square feet and costs $139,000
* Baobab 103 is 1088 square feet and costs $179,000

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

The base price above is only for the modular home. The price does not include
delivery, crane rental basement (screw piles), furniture & accessories, costs
associated with installation over 70 miles from production. 

DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS

What makes Dubldom models unique is their use of modest materials. They are able
to keep costs low by buildings with barn board, steel, and glass. Natural light
is brought in through skylights, glass walls, and exposed beams. 

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

Full exterior and interior customization options are available, including
kitchen cabinetry, loose furniture, and exterior upgrades.

WHERE DO THEY SHIP TO?

Dubldom ships to Europe. Due to building codes, DublDom models cannot be
produced in Russia and shipped to the United States.

PROCESS LENGTH

The production process for a DublDom model usually takes 6-7 days and install in
5 days. If the particular model is not in stock, the production of your house
will take from 4 to 8 weeks.
