The Twelve is a modular office provided that embodies the idea of improving productivity by eliminating distractions. The floorpan only covers 96 sq. ft., which turns out to be the perfect amount of room for the focused performance of an activity — be that working on a side project, remotely continuing with your day job, or even playing your favorite instrument in your own personal studio.

Although it only costs $26,500, no expense appears to have been spared when it comes to the furnishing and production value of The Twelve. Among the long list of custom touches, you’ll find key-lockable double-glazed doors and windows, an AC unit, an electrical heater, and customisable interior and exterior colors and looks. The Twelve doesn’t even need foundations if the ground is already level, and it has been engineered and insulated from the ground up to remain functional even in cases of extreme weather.

When it’s finished — a process that only takes 8 weeks from start to finish, including an installation that only takes a single hour with a crane or a forklift — it’ll be all ready to plug into the grid with a 50 amp connection, so you’ll be able to get to work right away. The Twelve ships fully assembled to anywhere in the United States or Canada, and handles all of their operations themselves without using contractors, which allows for a particularly personal level of customer service.
