The first floor offers an open-plan combined kitchen, dining room, and living area space, featuring a standalone kitchen island, fully-integrated state-of-the-art appliances, and plenty of natural light on account of the oversized windows placed strategically around the property.

A private bathroom / powder room can be found in one corner of the floor, adjacent to the room which houses the mechanical control center for the entire residence. On the second floor, stairs lead up to a bedroom (with attached walk-in closet) and another bathroom, while the master bedroom ensuite is the biggest room in the entire house and includes space for lounging around and working, as well as catching a good night’s sleep.

Each of the two bathrooms on the top floor include baths, the tiled floor of which is included in the overall price without needing to negotiate an extra figure. All of this functionality, comfort, and versatility comes at a value cost of only $258 / sq. ft. in total.
