The floorpan includes a bedroom which is cordoned off from the main part of the house (an open-plan living, dining, and cooking space), as well as a private bathroom. The floors have been insulated, as have the walls and roof, while the windows have been triple glazed, with an innermost energy efficient layer too boot.
