This modular home, while not offering as much space as many of its competitors, comes packed with a ton of exciting, industry-leading technological features that more than make up for the lower-than-average floor space. With a single, over-sized glass window occupying one entire wall of the four, there’s guaranteed to be plenty of natural light. Front door screens and side / back windows (including a bug screen) are available upon request.

Once you purchase the home, the contractor will install dual air flow vents onsite, ensuring that the air quality inside the home is as good as possible. The walls and floor have all been insulated with a poly barrier, and the roof includes R14 rigid insulation technology as well, promising easy temperature regulation.

A 6 puck 12v LED lighting system can be augmented with 3” pot lights, and if the buyer so wishes they can opt for a wall bed as well. To round off the list of exciting optional extras, there’s a flexible wall installation, which can take the form of a number of different forms; drawers, storage cabinets, shelves, and even a fireplace are just a few examples.
