Designed to be a fully autonomous off-the-grid smart house, the mOne is one of veteran designer Haus’s three modular home modules.  Chief among the qualities it offers are the low environmental impact and smart energy solutions, each of which contribute to an overall product which will be every bit as appealing to the environmentally conscious as it is pretty to look at.

The simplest way to describe the design aesthetic is as a super-modern barn, with the classic pitched grooves joining forces with staggering swathes of glass to create a truly memorable first impression. Intelligent blinds can be rapidly deployed in order to increase the levels of privacy for the residents, while on the inside, the color scheme is a tasteful mix of modish white and classical aged wooden flooring.

Running entirely on solar energy (including the remote control which operates its various technological features), the mOne’s 400 sq. ft. of space is protected from 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, thanks to the advanced HEPA air quality control measures in place. Every last bit of the home is equipped, assembled, and transported to the site of choice, meaning that from the windows right the way down to the wine glasses, what you end up with is a ready-to-go dwelling, free of any and all electricity bills. With neither construction permits nor foundations required, it couldn’t be easier to get started with the Haus mOne.
