What are the requirements for my site?

You need enough space to accommodate the unit, the ability to legally have an auxiliary dwelling/building on your property, and we need to get a large crane parked within 60’ of your desired location.

Can I customize The 106?

Yes! You have a number of choices to make for your unit. Choose your layout orientation, interior colour scheme, and select materials. Upgrades are also available

How is The 106 built?

The unit is built in compliance with CSA standards. They’re constructed in a factory-controlled environment for efficiency and quality control.

How do I set up utilities?

The electrical hook-up must be performed by a certified electrical contractor. The electrical site-work is permitted by the local electrical authorities. If your unit has water, the plumbing will also need to be set up by a certified professional.

Can I heat/cool my unit?

Yes! You can purchase a mini-split AC/heat pump as an optional upgrade to your unit.

How does payment work?

A 60% installment by wire transfer, cheque or bank draft is required to begin your project and a 40% final payment is collected prior to shipment of your unit. For all pre-project expenses, we collect payment by E-transfer or wire-transfer.
