BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Abodu is a prefab ADU designer and manufacturer based in Redwood City,
California. They are known for their beautiful modern designs and rapid delivery
times. Abodu teamed up with world-renowned architects, Koto, to design their
Scandinavian-inspired homes.

NUMBER OF MODELS AVAILABLE

Abodu has 3 models available: 

* The Abodu Studio is 340 square feet. You get a full-size living, kitchen, and
bathroom starting at $199,900.
* The Abodu 1 is 500 square feet. You get a full-size living, kitchen, bedroom,
and bath starting at $225,900.
* The Abodu 2 is 610 square feet. You get a full-size living, kitchen, 2
bedrooms, and bath starting at $259,900.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

All expenses are included in Abodu’s upfront price. The price includes:

* A home visit to ensure that your backyard and an Abodu are a great fit.
* Pre-approved plans for the fastest possible permit approvals (we pull the
permits for you)
* Completed Abodu (including finishes & appliances).
* Standard site work (including foundation, trenching, utility tie-in)
* Delivery of the Abodu from our factory to your site
* Installation of the Abodu unit on-site, including craning (up to 100 ft.)

DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS

Abodu homes are easily recognized from their signature roof-line. They have a
simple white, wood, and black color palate. Abodu’s roots are like in the
fundamentals of Scandinavian design: maximizing natural light, space efficiency,
and a minimalistic approach that compliments your home. 

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

While floor plans are pre-designed, external and internal upgrades are available
for customization, including decking, landscaping, solar paneling, and more.

Abodu Concierge Service includes everything from pulling necessary permits to
installing your unit.

Abodu currently offers full service in the greater San Francisco Bay Area,
Southern California, and Seattle.

DO THEY OFFER A WARRANTY?

Abodu’s warranty is included in the upfront price.

PROCESS LENGTH

The entire process with Abodu will take about 6 months. Abodu’s Quick Ship home
